Nothing has unveiled the Nothing Phone 4b, introducing its largest battery yet alongside upgraded AI features, a brighter Glyph Interface and improved performance.
The new smartphone is aimed at users seeking longer battery life and premium features without the flagship price tag.
The Nothing Phone 4b comes with a 5,200mAh battery globally, while the top-end Indian variant features a 6,000mAh battery—the largest ever in a Nothing smartphone.
The company claims the phone can deliver up to two days of battery life on a single charge. It supports 33W wired fast charging, reaching 50% battery in under 30 minutes, along with 7.5W reverse wired charging for accessories.
120Hz AMOLED display and Snapdragon 6 Gen 4
The Phone 4b sports a 6.77-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR support and peak brightness of up to 2,000 nits.
Powering the device is Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 processor paired with 8GB RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of storage.
Nothing says the chipset delivers around 15% faster CPU performance and 25% better graphics compared with the Phone 3a Lite.
The signature Glyph Interface has been upgraded with 45 LEDs, offering brighter notifications and support for live updates from navigation and delivery apps.
A dedicated Essential Key provides one-touch access to AI tools, including ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Circle Search.
50MP camera with Google-powered features
The Phone 4b features a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 16MP selfie camera.
Camera features include Ultra XDR, developed with Google, dual-camera recording, reflection removal, professional controls and 4K video recording at 30fps.
The smartphone runs Nothing OS 4.1 based on Android 16, bringing live Glyph notifications, lock-screen customization and new audio widgets.
Nothing has promised three years of Android OS updates and six years of security patches.
Price and availability
The Nothing Phone 4b starts at £299 in the UK and €329 in Europe for the 128GB model.
In India, the effective launch price begins at around ₹29,999 with promotional offers.
The device is available for pre-order now, with wider availability expected by mid-July. Nothing has confirmed there are no plans to launch the Phone 4b in the United States.
