The Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) announced on Saturday its candidates for 35 seats in the Azad Jammu and Kashmir elections, marking a wide-ranging organisational step across multiple constituencies.
IPP President Abdul Aleem Khan said the distribution of party tickets had been completed. The announcement was made in the presence of the party’s Azad Jammu and Kashmir chapter head, Sardar Tanveer Ilyas, who is also contesting from three constituencies.

According to the list, tickets have been awarded across several constituencies, including LA-02 to Muhammad Maroof, LA-03 to Tasleem Arif, LA-04 to Taimur Hassan, LA-08 to Zulfiqar Ali, and LA-09 to Tahir Fareed.
In other constituencies, Muhammad Yousuf has been nominated from LA-10, Muhammad Talib from LA-11, Sabeeha Siddique from LA-12, and Nisar Ansar from LA-13.
The IPP confirmed that Sardar Tanveer Ilyas will contest from LA-15, LA-22 and LA-25.
Further nominations include Ejaz Ahmed from LA-16, Aamir Nazir from LA-17, Murtaza Ahmed from LA-18, Shehzad Aziz from LA-19, Bilal Shakeel from LA-21, and Sardar Rais Inqilabi from LA-23.
LA-24 has been allotted to Sardar Inayatullah, LA-27 to Sardar Tabarakullah, LA-30 to Maqbool Gujar, LA-35 to Abdul Qadir, and LA-39 to Muhammad Tahir Khokhar.
In LA-40, Saleem Butt has been nominated, followed by Saeed Dar in LA-41, Bilal Butt in LA-42, and Hamza Bazmi in LA-43. Additional names include Raja Faheem Farooq from LA-14, Aadeeb Amjad Butt from LA-36, and Raja Mazhar Qayyum from LA-31.
The list also includes Saeed Awan from LA-29, Ali Shan Soni from LA-06, and Kausar Taqdees Gilani from LA-28, along with constituencies in Lahore, Multan, Rawalpindi and Balochistan.
Abdul Aleem Khan congratulated the party’s nominees and extended his best wishes. The party stated that remaining candidates would be announced later in the day or the following day.
