Five people have died in Israel following a series of car bomb and shooting incidents.
According to Israeli media reports, two Israeli citizens were killed in a car explosion, while two further individuals lost their lives in separate shooting incidents. The Israeli military confirmed that one soldier was killed during clashes in southern Lebanon.

The incident occurred two days after an agreement was reached between Lebanon and Israel to end hostilities.
The Israeli army identified the deceased as 21-year-old Captain David Hazout, who served as a platoon commander.
