United Arab Emirates’ Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al-Nahyan stressed on Saturday the importance of full commitment to the terms of the US-Iran agreement.
According to the official WAM news agency, the UAE’s top diplomat discussed the regional developments with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi during a phone call.
The discussion came after the agreement on the memorandum of understanding between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran and its signing by the two countries.

The WAM reported that
Sheikh Abdullah hails deal for regional peace, maritime security
Sheikh Abdullah said the agreement would help ensure an immediate and comprehensive cessation of hostilities in the region, respect for the sovereignty of states, adherence to international law, and protection of maritime routes and freedom of navigation.
He also expressed hope that the ongoing negotiations would lead to positive results and contribute to sustainable security and stability in the region.
