The Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) has dismissed a complaint filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) against Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja.
The complaint had been submitted by former PTI Secretary General Omar Ayub Khan, who was formally informed of the council's decision through an official letter.
According to details, the Supreme Judicial Council reviewed the complaint during its meeting held on February 11, 2026.
After examining the matter, the council decided to reject the complaint against the Chief Election Commissioner.
The council conveyed its decision to Omar Ayub in writing.
According to the text of the letter, the complaint was considered during the council's meeting and, after due review, was dismissed.
"The Supreme Judicial Council reviewed the complaint in its meeting on February 11, 2026. After consideration, your complaint against the Chief Election Commissioner is rejected," the letter stated.
