Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has appreciated the efforts of security institutions for their role in maintaining peace, stability, and protecting citizens across the country.
The remarks came during a meeting with Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, where key security and administrative matters were discussed.

The Interior Minister briefed the Prime Minister on security arrangements made for Eid-ul-Adha, focusing on the protection of lives, property, and public places.
He also shared details of special measures taken to ensure smooth security management during the festive period.
Security plan for Gilgit-Baltistan elections
During the meeting, Mohsin Naqvi also provided a detailed update on preparations for the upcoming Gilgit-Baltistan elections.
He informed the Prime Minister that a comprehensive security plan has been developed to ensure peaceful, transparent, and orderly elections.
According to the briefing, all necessary arrangements have been completed to provide a safe environment for voters during the electoral process.
PM lauds law enforcement efforts
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised the Ministry of Interior, law enforcement agencies, and security forces for their continued efforts in maintaining peace and stability.
