Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephone call with his Jordanian counterpart Ayman Safadi to discuss bilateral relations and the evolving regional situation.
According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, the two leaders exchanged views on key regional developments and ongoing diplomatic efforts.
During the conversation, Ayman Safadi appreciated Pakistan’s constructive role in reducing tensions in the region.
He also acknowledged Pakistan’s efforts aimed at promoting peace negotiations and regional stability.

Ishaq Dar reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to promoting constructive engagement between parties.
He emphasized Islamabad’s support for stability and the peaceful resolution of conflicts through dialogue and diplomacy.
Both leaders agreed to further strengthen Pakistan-Jordan relations and enhance cooperation.
They underlined the importance of continued collaboration on bilateral as well as multilateral forums.
The two foreign ministers also agreed to remain in close contact to advance shared goals.
