Gold prices in Pakistan witnessed a minor decline on Saturday, May 2, 2026, according to the latest interbank-linked rates.
In contrast, silver prices moved upward, reflecting mixed trends in both local and international markets.
Gold prices see slight decline in Pakistan
According to the latest update issued by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Associations, gold prices in the country recorded a marginal drop.
The price of 24-karat gold per tola decreased by Rs200, settling at Rs483,762.
Similarly, 10 grams of 24-karat gold fell by Rs172 to Rs414,747.
For 22-karat gold, the price of 10 grams dropped by Rs158, reaching Rs380,198.
The international gold rate also showed a slight decline, moving down by $2 to $4,614.
Silver prices move higher
Unlike gold, silver prices registered a noticeable increase in both local and international markets.
The price of 24-karat silver per tola rose by Rs193, reaching Rs8,014.
Meanwhile, 10 grams of 24-karat silver increased by Rs165 to Rs6,870.
In the global market, silver also climbed by $1.93, settling at $75.30.
