Former Australia captain Tim Paine has described his experience in the Pakistan Super League as a pleasant one after serving as head coach of Multan Sultans in the tournament’s 11th edition.
Details that emerged on Thursday showed Paine took to X, formerly Twitter, where he acknowledged the atmosphere of the domestic marquee event.
Multan Sultans were knocked out of the competition after suffering defeat against Hyderabad Kings Men in the first eliminator.
Paine said the journey with the side had reached its conclusion in unfortunate circumstances, despite being a memorable campaign. He added that he spent a fine period with a group of outstanding individuals and valued the time shared.
Reflecting on the tournament, Paine remarked that he had thoroughly enjoyed the experience of the PSL.
