Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has reached Pakistan after completing a three-day diplomatic tour of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Turkey. The visit focused on strengthening bilateral ties and advancing regional peace efforts.
The prime minister left from Antalya after concluding his engagements in Turkey.
At Antalya Airport, senior Turkish officials, including Ambassador Tolga Bermek, Ambassador Nilufer Kaygisiz, Member of Parliament Burhan Kayaturk, and Pakistan’s Ambassador to Turkey Dr. Yusuf Junaid, bid farewell to the PM and his delegation.
The PM's visit included stops in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Turkey over three days.

During the tour, he held meetings with the leadership of these brotherly countries, reaffirming Pakistan’s commitment to strengthening diplomatic and economic relations.
Antalya Diplomacy Forum
While in Turkey, PM Shehbaz also participated in the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, where he met several global leaders.
According to Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, the forum has emerged as a significant global diplomatic platform, providing opportunities for meaningful dialogue and cooperation.
Peace and regional stability
During the meetings, discussions centered on enhancing cooperation in multiple sectors and addressing regional and global challenges.
Shehbaz highlighted Pakistan’s efforts to promote peace in the region and discussed the broader geopolitical situation with international counterparts.

On the sidelines of the forum, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also met Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The meeting reflected strong bilateral ties and mutual interest in expanding cooperation between Pakistan and Turkey.
The Pakistani delegation accompanying the Prime Minister included Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi, and Foreign Media Spokesperson Musharraf Zaidi.
Officials described the engagements in Saudi Arabia and Qatar as fruitful, with purposeful discussions held to enhance cooperation across various fields.

Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar thanked the Turkish government and people for their hospitality and excellent arrangements during the visit. He noted that the tour helped strengthen Pakistan’s diplomatic outreach and reinforce its commitment to regional peace and cooperation.
