Pakistan has welcomed Sikh pilgrims arriving from India and other parts of the world for the Vaisakhi Mela.
The arrangements have been made to facilitate access to sacred Sikh religious sites across the country. Full support, security and services have been extended to visiting pilgrims during their stay.
The arrival of Sikh pilgrims for Vaisakhi is regarded as a religious occasion of significance and a reflection of respect for faith and heritage.
Pakistan has maintained and opened key Sikh holy sites, including Gurdwara Panja Sahib, Nankana Sahib and Kartarpur Sahib, to the global Sikh community.
