President Asif Ali Zardari has directed authorities to remove bureaucratic hurdles in Pakistan-China projects and to modernize the education system through digital transformation in line with international standards.
Chairing a meeting at the Chief Minister House in Karachi, the president emphasized the need for timely implementation of development projects and stressed strengthening infrastructure, industry, and the economy through Chinese cooperation.

President Zardari instructed departments to maintain close coordination with Chinese partners and ensure continuous monitoring of all initiatives. He said that memorandums of understanding should not remain paper agreements but must be translated into practical outcomes.
He added that Pakistan-China cooperation is a major opportunity for the country, which can enhance industrial capacity and accelerate socio-economic development.
The president further directed relevant institutions to establish clear timelines for projects and ensure strict implementation, along with an effective and continuous monitoring mechanism to improve efficiency and speed up development work.
