India wicketkeeper-batter Sanju Samson, leading fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah, and South Africa batter Connor Esterhuizen have been nominated for the ICC Men’s Player of the Month award for March 2026.
According to details, Samson impressed in the recently held Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, playing a substantial role in ensuring the hosts secured the title for a second consecutive time and a third overall. He scored 321 runs, including three successive innings of more than 80, a notable achievement in crucial matches.
Meanwhile, India’s premier fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah again showed his class during the tournament, taking 14 wickets in eight matches.
On the other hand, South Africa’s Connor Esterhuizen, who recently made his debut in a five-match T20I series against New Zealand, delivered an outstanding performance. He claimed two Player of the Match awards and one Player of the Series honour.
