Rawalpindiz slumped to a fourth successive defeat in the 11th edition of the Pakistan Super League after a heavy loss to Multan Sultans at Gaddafi Stadium on Monday.
Despite an unbeaten 56 off 34 balls by Sam Billings and a brisk 24 from 11 deliveries by Dian Forrester, Rawalpindiz posted 182 for eight in their allotted 20 overs.
Earlier, Faisal Akram led the bowling effort with four wickets, while Arafat Minhas claimed two.
In reply, Multan Sultans chased the target with ease, reaching 186 for three in 16.2 overs. Sahibzada Farhan struck 68, while Josh Philippe made 56 to put the result beyond doubt.
Shan Masood and Ashton Turner remained unbeaten to seal another victory, strengthening Multan’s position on the points table.
