After a day of stability, gold prices have increased again while silver prices have dropped in the local market.
According to the All Pakistan Jewellers & Goldsmiths Association, the price of gold per tola rose by Rs1,100 to reach Rs491,462. The price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs943, bringing it to Rs421,349.
Meanwhile, silver became cheaper, with the price per tola decreasing by Rs50 to Rs7,744.
In the global market, gold per ounce increased by $11, reaching $4,687.
