Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has issued a stern warning to India, saying any future “false flag operation” would be met with a stronger and more decisive response. His remarks come amid rising tensions and recent statements from Indian leadership.
Speaking during the Samaa TV program 'Nadeem Malik Live', Khawaja Asif delivered a blunt message to India. He claimed that India is attempting to carry out a false flag operation against Pakistan.
He warned that if such an attempt is made again, India would face a bigger defeat than before. The defense minister added that Pakistan would not hesitate to respond forcefully, even stating that they would “enter India’s home and strike back.”
Response to Indian defense minister
Asif said his remarks were also a response to Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh’s recent statement. He described Rajnath’s comments as a reflection of “disappointment.”
According to Asif, both Rajnath Singh and India have become “irrelevant” in the current global situation. He further stated that India never expected Pakistan to reach its current position internationally.
The minister emphasized that India is struggling to accept Pakistan’s strengthened global standing. He said that Pakistan’s position, particularly in diplomatic and strategic spheres, has improved significantly.
He also noted that Pakistan is actively trying to play a role in finding a way out of the ongoing Iran war situation, adding that its role as a mediator has been strengthened.
Claims about Pahalgam incident
Khawaja Asif reiterated that the alleged Pahalgam “false flag operation” could not be proven internationally. He said India’s threatening language is not new and described it as an “expected ignorant move.”
He accused India of projecting its internal weaknesses as external interference and using such narratives to achieve specific political objectives through misleading allegations.
Repeated rhetoric reflects not strength, but visible strategic anxiety as the anniversary of the staged False Flag Operation in Pahlgam approaches - an episode that failed to withstand international scrutiny and exposed New Delhi’s reliance on manufactured crises.

The defense minister stressed that history shows failed adventures carry serious consequences. He said, “The battle for truth is still alive in our memories,” adding that Pakistan’s future response would be stronger and more decisive.
He made it clear that Pakistan’s preparations are complete and that any response would be “swift, balanced and decisive.”
Emphasis on peace, readiness for conflict
Despite the strong rhetoric, Khawaja Asif reiterated that Pakistan remains committed to peace and regional stability. However, he cautioned that the idea of war between nuclear powers would have dangerous consequences.
He advised India to focus on its growing internal unrest and challenges in its strategic and diplomatic spheres instead of escalating tensions.
