Casualties from US and Israeli airstrikes in Iran have surged sharply, with the death toll reaching 787, according to the Iranian Red Crescent Society.
As bombardments continue in multiple cities, both Iranian authorities and US military officials have released conflicting accounts of the scale and targets of the attacks.
The Iranian Red Crescent said the United States and Israel attacked 153 cities across the country. According to its figures, 504 locations were targeted in airstrikes, with a total of 1,039 attacks carried out so far.
The humanitarian body confirmed that the number of people killed has now reached 787. It described the figures as part of detailed losses resulting from the ongoing war.
Civilian casualties in Hamadan
Iranian media reported fresh US and Israeli bombing of the city of Hamadan. Five people were killed and 25 injured in the airstrikes, with reports claiming that a residential area was targeted.

All those killed and injured in the Hamadan attack were civilians, according to Iranian media outlets.
Revolutionary Guards personnel killed in Kerman
In a separate development, Iranian media said 13 personnel of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps were killed yesterday. The officers were reportedly killed in US and Israeli attacks in Kerman province.
These deaths add to the mounting military casualties amid intensifying cross-border operations.

Airstrikes were once again reported in several Iranian cities. Loud explosions were heard in Isfahan and Shiraz, according to local media.
Iranian outlets also claimed that an Israeli drone was shot down by air defense systems in Khomeini city.
CENTCOM claims military targets destroyed
The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) said it targeted a Revolutionary Guards command and control center. CENTCOM further claimed that Iranian air defense capabilities, along with missile and drone launch sites, were destroyed during the strikes.
The US military command stated it will continue to take decisive action against threats posed by Iran.
With 153 cities reportedly hit and more than 1,000 attacks carried out, the scale of the conflict has deepened significantly.
While Iranian authorities highlight rising civilian casualties and infrastructure damage, US officials maintain that military objectives are being targeted to neutralize threats.
