Sharjah is gearing up to welcome Judge Frank Caprio, the former Chief Judge of the Municipal Court of Providence in the USA, as the keynote speaker at the opening ceremony of the 12th International Government Communication Forum (IGCF 2023).

Organized by the Sharjah Government Media Bureau (SGMB), IGCF 2023 is set to be held under the theme 'Today’s Resources - Tomorrow’s Wealth' on September 13-14. The event will host an impressive lineup of decision-makers, government officials, intellectuals, and experts in development and communication from across the globe.
