The Lahore’s FIA Special Central Court has approved the bails of three officers of National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) in connection with the bribery inquest related to famous Pakistani YouTuber Ducky Bhai.
The bail applications of NCCIA's Assistant Director Mujtaba, Inspector Ali Raza, and Sub-Inspector Asar Gujjar were approved.
Each of the accused was instructed to deposit a surety of one hundred thousand rupees.
However, the court rejected the bail application of another accused, Salman Aziz. The defense, represented by advocate Mohsin Cheema, argued that the accused were not involved in the bribery allegations.
The officers’ side maintained that the case pertains to extortion allegations and that no affected person has come forward so far.
