The joint operation by police and Rangers in Kacha Karachi, along the Sindh-Punjab border, has entered its sixth day. During the operation, two notorious robbers, including the dangerous criminal Chhalu Bakarani, who had a reward of 5 million PKR on his head, were killed.
According to the police, Chhalu Bakarani, who was killed during the operation, was the leader of the Bakarani gang and a close associate of the infamous criminal Tanveer Andhar. The deceased robber was wanted by both Sindh and Punjab police in multiple cases, including the killing of police officers, and was considered a symbol of fear in both provinces.
During the operation, Abdullah Dashti, another notorious member of the Chhotu gang, was also killed in a drone attack. Police stated that Abdullah Dashti was known as a leader among the criminals and was wanted in several serious cases.
The police added that so far, nine robbers have been killed in the ongoing operation. The operation in Kacha Karachi and Kacha Rajwani will continue uninterrupted until all criminals are eliminated.
