The Free and Fair Election Network (FAFEN) has released its attendance report for the 22nd session of the National Assembly, which comprised seven sittings held between November 27 and December 10, 2025.
During the session, 299 members of the National Assembly missed at least one sitting.
According to the report, only 34 members attended all sittings, while 50 members remained absent throughout the entire session. The sixth sitting recorded the highest attendance, with 61 percent of members present, whereas the fifth sitting saw the lowest participation, with only 35 percent attendance. Overall, three sittings concluded without taking up the scheduled agenda due to a lack of quorum.
The report further noted that 299 members missed at least one sitting during the session. Among cabinet members, only two federal ministers attended all sittings, while eight federal ministers did not attend any sitting at all. The prime minister did not attend any part of the session.
