Commander of Bahrain’s National Guard, General Mohammed bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, visited the General Headquarters (GHQ) of the Pakistan Army and met with Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening bilateral military cooperation.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the meeting focused on matters of mutual interest, regional security, and opportunities to expand defence collaboration between Pakistan and Bahrain. General Mohammed bin Isa praised the professional capabilities of the Pakistan Army and appreciated Pakistan’s constructive role in promoting regional peace and stability.
Field Marshal Asim Munir highlighted the deep and brotherly ties between Pakistan and Bahrain and reiterated Pakistan’s continued support for Bahrain across various fields. Both leaders expressed determination to build on the existing military-to-military relationship and enhance cooperation in the coming years.
The visit underscores the ongoing partnership between the two nations and their shared commitment to regional security and defence collaboration.
