Former foreign minister and PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi has successfully undergone a gall bladder surgery in Lahore, his lawyer Rana Mudassar Umar confirmed on Tuesday.
According to the lawyer, Qureshi will remain under the constant supervision of doctors for the next few days as he continues his post-operative recovery. Medical staff are closely monitoring his condition.
Umar added that the former foreign minister has appealed to the nation for prayers for his swift and complete recovery.
