Former Pakistan captain Babar Azam said he awaited his 20th ODI century in the same manner as the supporters.
According to details, the innings secured the player of the match award in the second ODI against Sri Lanka at the Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi on Friday.
Expressing his thoughts, Azam said he made several solid starts in earlier matches against South Africa but failed to turn them into a major score.
He said that the outcome, in every case, rested on the will of Allah Almighty. He added that his aim in the match was to remain at the crease for as long as possible.
