The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Multan has announced the results of the first year annual examinations 2025.
The board also clarified that position holders will not be announced this year, marking a continuation of its policy to focus on overall student performance rather than rankings.

Over 74,000 students appear in exams
According to official data, a total of 74,363 students appeared in the examinations, out of which 42,730 students passed, while 31,633 students failed. The overall pass percentage stood at 57.46%. Among those who sat the exam, 42,000 were male students, while 33,594 were female students.
The overall performance reflected consistent results across most groups, with the pre-engineering and pre-medical streams maintaining the highest success rates among all categories.
Officials said the exams were conducted smoothly across all centers under the board’s jurisdiction, with transparency and merit as key priorities.

Result cards to be issued after announcement
The Multan Board further confirmed that result cards will be issued to students following the official announcement. Students will be able to collect their result cards from their respective institutions after the results are published online.
