The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has published national weather statistics for September 2025.
The average rainfall across the country in September was 32.5 mm, 52 per cent above the normal level. On September 10, Thatta in Sindh recorded the highest rainfall, with 110 mm.
Turbat and Sibi were the hottest locations in Balochistan during the month. September 2025 was the fifth warmest in Pakistan in the past 65 years.
Skardu in Gilgit-Baltistan was the coldest place, with an average minimum temperature of 11.3 degrees Celsius.
