The first supermoon of 2025 appeared in the sky, reaching its peak at 8:47 pm
According to details surfaced on Tuesday, it was 6.6 per cent larger and 13 per cent brighter than the average full moon. At its closest point, the moon was 224,599 miles from Earth.
Experts in Karachi have said that two more supermoons will be visible in 2025. The second will appear on November 5 and the third on December 5.
The supermoon on November 5 will be the brightest of the year, as the moon will be at a distance of 221,817 miles from Earth.
