The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) has reduced the price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) for domestic use.
According to a notification issued by the authority, the price of LPG has been cut by Rs 6.70 per kilogram. The new rate has been fixed at Rs207.48 per kilogram, compared with Rs214.19 per kilogram in September.
As a result of this adjustment, the price of a domestic cylinder has fallen by Rs79.14. The new price now stood at Rs2,448.33, down from Rs2,527.47 in the previous month.
