The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has confirmed that the country's airports have remained safe from the cyber attack.
Major airports in the United Kingdom and Europe, including London Heathrow, Brussels and Berlin, have come under cyber attack, causing disruption to flight operations. However, authorities in Pakistan confirmed that all airports in the country remain secure.
According to PAA, operations at all airports across the country are proceeding as normal.
The PAA spokesperson confirmed that all software systems, immigration desks, airlines and ground handling agents (GHAs) are functioning properly.

No glitches, cyber threats or software failures have been reported from any location.
In contrast, electronic check-in systems at several international airports, including Heathrow, were rendered inoperative, leading to significant delays.
Operations at Brussels and Berlin airports were also affected, with reports of delayed and cancelled flights.
The system of Collins Aerospace was among those impacted, with the company confirming a technical issue.
