WAPDA on Tuesday shared the latest water situation in rivers and reservoirs across the country.
According to the spokesperson, inflow at Tarbela on the Indus River is recorded at 186,100 cusecs, while inflow at Mangla on the Jhelum River stands at 43,300 cusecs.
At Chashma Barrage, inflow has reached 252,200 cusecs, and at Head Marala on the Chenab River, inflow is 191,900 cusecs. Meanwhile, inflow at Nowshera on the Kabul River is 33,400 cusecs.
The Tarbela reservoir currently holds 5.728 million acre-feet of water, Mangla reservoir 5.782 million acre-feet, and Chashma reservoir 0.212 million acre-feet.
The combined storage at Tarbela, Mangla, and Chashma stands at 11.722 million acre-feet.
