The prosecution has completed the scrutiny of the charge sheet in the TikToker Sana Yousaf murder case and submitted it to the District and Sessions Court Islamabad.
According to prosecution officials, the formal trial of the case will begin after the summer recess. The charge sheet includes 31 witnesses, among them Sana Yousaf’s family members, doctors, police officials, and others.
The prosecution team scrutinized the charge sheet for more than a month before forwarding the police record to the court. The police charge sheet has named Umar Hayat as the prime suspect in Sana Yousaf’s murder.
