The per tola price of 24K silver stood at Rs4,013, while 10 grams were priced at Rs3,440. In the global market, silver was steady at $37.80 per ounce.
Why gold prices are fluctuating
Analysts say the drop in domestic gold prices is in line with minor corrections in the international bullion market and fluctuations in the interbank exchange rate. Seasonal demand variations in Pakistan’s jewelry market also influence local rates.
