The price of gold in Pakistan and globally dropped on Tuesday after two consecutive days of increase.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola saw a drop of Rs1,500 on Tuesday to reach Rs358,000. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold dropped by Rs1,286, taking it to Rs306,927.

The global gold market also witnessed a minor change, with the price of gold per ounce declining by just $15 to reach $3,353.
The silver prices in Pakistan, however, witnessed a hike, with the price of a tola of 24-karat silver rising to Rs3,971, and the price for 10 grams of silver to Rs3,404.
