Minister of State for Finance Bilal Azhar Kayani expressed on Friday satisfaction over the country’s economic revival.
Addressing an event in Islamabad, Kayani admitted that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) came into power during the hardships. Kayani said, "The country's economy is moving in the right direction because of the measures taken by the government."
He said, “The inflation and policy have been reduced significantly.”
Speaking about the Pakistan Income Support Programme (PISP), Kayani said, "The PISP budget has also been increased significantly."
