The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has significantly expanded its biker service for Karachi residents, increasing the number of mobile registration motorcycles from three to eight.
According to Aamir Ali Khan, Director General of NADRA Karachi Region, citizens across all districts of Karachi will now be able to benefit from the doorstep biker service for the renewal of Computerised National Identity Cards (CNICs), issuance of registration forms, and other related facilities.
The announcement was made during a roadshow in Karachi promoting the Pak ID mobile application, part of NADRA’s broader initiative to digitise services and reduce in-person visits to registration centres.
To increase public awareness and adoption of the Pak ID app, NADRA has also launched an outreach campaign at various locations including universities, schools, and shopping malls.
Officials said the campaign aims to familiarise citizens with digital application processes and encourage wider use of remote registration facilities.
DG Aamir Ali Khan further said that the Pak ID software has been upgraded, with several technical glitches resolved to improve user experience and ensure smooth online service delivery.
