The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has strongly rejected reports circulating in Israeli media claiming that Pakistan has threatened Israel with a nuclear strike, labelling them as “baseless and fabricated.”
According to details surfaced on Sunday, a spokesperson for the MoFA stated that there is no truth whatsoever to the reports being broadcast by Israeli outlets. “These claims are entirely unfounded. The Israeli media is spreading misinformation and presenting false narratives about Pakistan,” the spokesperson said.

The MoFA emphasised that Pakistan is a responsible nuclear state and an important regional power. “Such fake news is not only misleading but also aimed at creating unnecessary tensions,” the spokesperson added.
It is worth noting that these reports emerged following Iran’s retaliatory strikes on Israel in response to Israeli aggression against Tehran. Iran reportedly launched ballistic and hypersonic missiles targeting several Israeli cities, including Tel Aviv and Occupied Jerusalem. As a result, over 20 Zionists have reportedly been killed and dozens more injured, with several buildings destroyed and major damage inflicted on infrastructure.
