Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar will visit Hong Kong on ,May 29–30 to sign International Organisation for Mediation (IOMed) convention, according to the Foreign Office spokesperson.
Mr Dar will address the convention ceremony on 30 May and is expected to hold several bilateral meetings during his visit.
Pakistan has joined the international arbitration organisation as a founding member, the spokesperson added. The country strongly supports the organisation’s objectives and goals.
The foreign office stated that Pakistan recognises the forum’s importance in promoting the peaceful resolution of international disputes.
