China has strongly condemned the recent terrorist attack in Khuzdar, Balochistan, where a brutal bombing targeted a school bus carrying students.
The Chinese Foreign Ministry released a statement expressing deep sorrow and extending heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and those injured.
“We have taken serious note of the attack on the school bus in Balochistan,” said the spokesperson. “We offer our deepest sympathy to the victims and their families. China firmly opposes all forms of terrorism and will continue supporting Pakistan’s efforts to combat this threat.”

The death toll from the attack rose to six, following the passing of 8th-grade student Sahar Saleem, who succumbed to critical injuries at a hospital in Quetta. Previously, three young students—Sania Soomro (12), Hifza Kausar (12), and Aisha Saleem (16)—along with two others had already been confirmed dead in the tragic incident.
Security sources allege the attack was orchestrated by India-backed proxies aiming to destabilize the region. The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) has registered a case under the Anti-Terrorism Act, including charges of murder and attempted murder. Investigations are currently underway.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif condemned the attack, blaming the Indian-funded terrorist outfit "Fitnat-ul-Hind" and reaffirming Pakistan's commitment to eliminating terrorism. Alongside Army Chief Gen Syed Asim Munir, the Prime Minister visited the injured at Quetta’s Combined Military Hospital to show solidarity.
