The price of gold in Pakistan and globally has become cheaper after five consecutive days of an increase of a total of Rs13,900.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola saw a slight decrease of Rs1,900 on Thursday to reach Rs347,500. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold dropped by Rs1,629, taking it to Rs297,925.

The global gold market also witnessed significant changes, with the price of gold per ounce falling by $19 to reach $3,291.
The silver prices in Pakistan also saw a decrease, with the price of a tola of 24-karat silver dropping by Rs38 to reach Rs3,428, and the price for 10 grams of silver reaching Rs 2,938.
