After a long winter break of five months, the scenic valley of Naran has finally reopened for tourists, marking the official start of the tourist season in the region.
The reopening was celebrated with a prayer ceremony organized by the local hotels association, followed by the slaughtering of a bull as charity.
As the hotels and restaurants in Naran resumed operations, tourists began pouring into the valley, eager to witness its natural beauty, lush landscapes, and snow-capped peaks.
“It feels like life has returned to Naran,” said a hotel owner. “We are ready to welcome tourists with full hospitality and safety.”
The Kaghan Development Authority (KDA) has also started the work of clearing the road to Lake Saif-ul-Muluk, one of the most iconic tourist attractions in the country. Once cleared, tourists will be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the snow-covered lake, surrounded by towering mountains and tranquil wilderness.
