This marks the first time in months that Bitcoin's daily price has surpassed $30,000.
Over the weekend, Bitcoin saw a substantial rise in value, gaining $1,077 from its previous week's trading value of $29,190.
Ether (ETH) also witnessed substantial gains, with a price increase of 3.63%, bringing its value to $1,688. In just a few days since the previous Friday, the value of ETH has surged by $104.
Additionally, a range of other cryptocurrencies showed positive movements, including Cardano, Dogecoin, Litecoin, and Polygon.
Notable gains were also observed in Polkadot, Shiba Inu, Avalanche, Leo, and Stellar.
Other cryptocurrencies that posted profitable performances include Uniswap, Cartesi, Cosmos, Cronos, and Elrond.
The overall cryptocurrency market valuation saw a 2.29% increase over the last 24 hours, bringing the total market capitalization to $1.17 trillion, as reported by CoinMarketCap.
However, some cryptocurrencies did experience losses on the same day.
These include Tether, USD Coin, Binance Coin, Ripple, and Tron. Minor losses were also noted in Bitcoin Cash, Monero, Binance USD, Bitcoin SV, NEM, Ardor, and Braintrust.
