Near Lahore, Pakistani forces stated they shot down two Indian warplanes using small arms fire. In the Sialkot sector, Pakistan reported destroying seven more Indian Centurion tanks, bringing the total to 42 in that area.
Pakistani naval superiority allegedly restricted Indian naval activities in the Arabian Sea. In eastern Pakistan, Indian air forces reportedly bombed Lalmonirhat in Rangpur and Thakurgaon in Dinajpur.
Mujahideen forces claimed to have destroyed Indian strongholds at Muralappad in the Dras sector.
