Sindh Governor Kamran Tesuri wrote a letter to Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah and urged on the pattern of Punjab, steps should be taken to give relief to the people on electricity bills in Sindh as well.
In a letter written to the Sindh Chief Minister, Governor Kamran Khan Tsiuri said that the financial burden on the citizens can be reduced with relief in Sindh like Punjab.
He said that would also serve as an example of the Sindh government's unwavering commitment to public welfare.
“In the current economic situation, the benefits of relief will prove to be a very important step,” he added. The governor further said that he would wait for the positive response and initiative of the Sindh government.
