Canadian singer The Weeknd has seemingly changed his mind about retirement, telling fans that he no longer plans to walk away from music.
The singer, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, made the revelation during his ongoing After Hours Til Dawn Tour stop at Stockholm’s Strawberry Arena in Sweden.
Addressing the crowd, The Weeknd said he had briefly considered retirement but quickly realised he did not like the idea.
“I’ll never disappear. I love this too much to ever disappear,” he told fans.
“I tested retirement a little bit, and I don’t like the way it feels. Imma be here forever with you.”
