A Balochi patriotic song, ‘Pak Ay Watan’, has been released on the occasion of Independence Day, with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praising the song and paying tribute to the artists and all those involved in the production.
The prime minister said the patriotic song from Balochistan had won hearts on Independence Day and beautifully highlighted the love for the motherland. He said the song reflected love for Pakistan and the national spirit.

PM Shehbaz said Balochistan’s artists had expressed their love for the country in a beautiful manner. He said the Balochi song had added to the celebrations of Independence Day and was a fine expression of the love for Pakistan.
The song features renowned Baloch singer Akhtar Chanal, who expresses his deep love for the country through his distinctive traditional style and spirited Balochi lyrics.
The national anthem conveys the message that Pakistan is not merely a geographical entity but an identity for which its people are ready to sacrifice their lives. Its message of love for the homeland promotes unity, solidarity and brotherhood across the country.
