Iranian supreme leader’s adviser Mohsen Rezaei has said that the management of the Strait of Hormuz is Iran’s legal right.
According to details surfaced, he said that patrols will continue in the area to ensure security. Mohsen Rezaei stated in a statement that Iranian control of the Strait of Hormuz has ended 50 years of insecurity in the Gulf.
Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps commander Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi warned that any new act of aggression would be met with a devastating and severe response.
Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters chief Major General Ali Abdollahi said that there is no place for foreigners in the management of the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz.
According to a senior Iranian official, Tehran has not agreed to hand over its stockpile of enriched uranium to the United States.
