Federal Information and Broadcasting Minister Attaullah Tarar said on Wednesday that Pakistan had always remained a frontline state in the fight against terrorism and had consistently stood for peace.
Addressing a press conference, the information minister said India was itself responsible for the killings of Sikhs across the world while levelling allegations against Pakistan.
He has said there were clear contradictions in India’s narrative and strategy, adding that India attempted to portray its external issues as internal matters and its internal issues as external ones.
Tarar has said Kashmir remained a global and international dispute. Tarar has reiterated that Pakistan had played a key role in counter-terrorism efforts and continued to support regional peace and stability.
The federal minister has said that India’s position contained visible inconsistencies and accused New Delhi of giving an external colour to its domestic challenges.
