The Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) has issued tickets to candidates for the general elections in Gilgit-Baltistan.
According to details, 14 candidates were awarded tickets following approval by IPP president Abdul Aleem Khan. The tickets were distributed by Central General Secretary Mian Khalid Mehmood and Provincial President Rana Nazeer Ahmed.
The ticket holders expressed full confidence in Abdul Aleem Khan and described the slogan of public prosperity as a guiding principle.

The Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party and Islami Tehreek Pakistan have entered into an electoral alliance for the general elections.
The party has nominated candidates for several constituencies across Gilgit, Hunza, Skardu, Rondu, Astore and Diamer.
In GB-A1 Gilgit, Maulana Sultan Raees has been nominated, while Fatehullah Khan has been fielded in GB-A2 Gilgit.
Captain (retd) Muhammad Shafi Khan has been nominated from GB-A3 Gilgit, and Iman Shah from GB-A6 Hunza.
In GB-A7 Skardu, Raja Jalal Hussain has been nominated, Muhammad Khan Wazir from GB-A10 Rondu, Shams-ul-Haq from GB-A14 Astore, Haji Shah Baig from GB-A15 Diamer, and Advocate Atiqullah from GB-A16 Diamer.
For GB Assembly seats in Diamer and Ghizer, Haji Gulbar Khan, Atif Salman, Khan Akbar Khan, Raza-ul-Haq and Jamila Khatoon have also been nominated for different constituencies.
