Following his retirement from international cricket, Sarfaraz Ahmed met Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Mohsin Naqvi.
Naqvi commended Sarfaraz Ahmed for his valuable services to Pakistan cricket and paid tribute to his contribution to the national side. The PCB chairman presented an honorary shield to Sarfaraz Ahmed on his retirement from international cricket.
Naqvi also conveyed his best wishes for Sarfaraz Ahmed’s future.
“You have fulfilled the duty of representing Pakistan in cricket,” Naqvi said.
“You have brought success and honour to Pakistan cricket,” he added.
“Pakistan cricket will always remain indebted to your services.”
He said Pakistan cricket would continue to benefit from Sarfaraz Ahmed’s experience and abilities.
