Fast bowler Zaman Khan sustained a dislocation of the acromioclavicular joint (ACJ) in his right shoulder while fielding during the match between Faisalabad and Peshawar in the ongoing National T20 Cup in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s (KP) provincial capital
He will report to the National Cricket Academy in Lahore on March 14. In consultation with the PCB medical team, the further course of action regarding his recovery and rehabilitation programme will be charted.
Earlier this year, Zaman Khan drew attention after an impressive cameo for the Usman Tariq-led Brisbane Heat. Many cricket fans later stressed the need for his induction into the Pakistan national cricket team. However, the fast bowler is still seeking a return to the Green Shirts.
